  1. Payment & reservation

As we prefer personal communication, and we try to customize our tours as much as we can to your personal needs and wishes, we have decided against a single “book this tour” button on our website. Instead we prefer you to write us to let us know what you are interested in and how we can create the best possible experience for you. An overview of our reservation process here:

  • Contact us by e-mail at and tell us which tour you are interested in (for pre-arranged tour packages) or what places, activities, birds… you would like us to include in your trip (in case of a tailor-made package);
  • We will confirm availability and (in case of a tailor-made tour) set out an itinerary for you. We will also send you the price for the tour you requested;
  • If you agree with the tour we suggest for you, we will send you a reservation form which we kindly ask you to fill out and send back to us by e-mail;
  • We will then send you a confirmation and payment form containing all the tour information and the details you have sent us, which we kindly ask you to revise. If all the data in this form are correct, we ask you to follow the payment link which you will find in this confirmation and payment form. By clicking the link, you will be directed to our secure online credit card payments page where you can pay the 50% deposit which is required to confirm your tour;
  • As soon as your deposit has arrived in our bank account, we send you a confirmation e-mail;
  • A month before the start of your tour, we will send you a reminder with another payment link so that you can pay the outstanding 50%. The full tour price must be paid at the latest 1 week before the start of your tour.
